Bri-Chuan Global Logistics provides international shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing, consolidation, and delivery services between China and Australia.
All services are subject to availability and operational requirements.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate sender and receiver information.
- Ensuring all goods comply with Australian import regulations.
- Declaring the contents and value of shipments accurately.
- Ensuring goods are packed appropriately for transportation.
Bri-Chuan Global Logistics reserves the right to refuse prohibited or restricted items.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items are not accepted for shipment:
- Dangerous goods or hazardous materials
- Explosives, weapons, or ammunition
- Illegal substances
- Counterfeit products
- Perishable goods without prior approval
- Any item prohibited by Australian or Chinese law
Customers are solely responsible for any penalties resulting from undeclared or prohibited goods.
4. Transit Times
Estimated transit times are provided for reference only.
Sea Freight: Approximately 30–35 business days
Air Freight: Approximately 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Customs Clearance
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipments comply with all customs requirements.
Additional customs duties, taxes, quarantine fees, storage fees, or inspection charges imposed by government authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Loss and Damage
While Bri-Chuan Global Logistics takes reasonable care in handling shipments, we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by customs or third parties
- Damage caused by inadequate packaging
- Force majeure events
- Indirect or consequential losses
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
7. Storage Fees
Free storage periods may apply depending on the service selected.
Additional storage charges may be incurred for goods remaining in our warehouse beyond the agreed storage period.
8. Payment
All shipping charges must be paid according to the agreed quotation.
Bri-Chuan Global Logistics reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.
9. Marketing and Promotions
Promotional offers, discounts, referral rewards, and partnership commissions may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
10. Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of providing logistics and customer support services.
We do not sell or share customer information with unrelated third parties except where required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
Bri-Chuan Global Logistics reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
